Shipping rates

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders. For orders within the United States, orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). For UPS or USPS expedited shipping, orders placed by noon Arizona time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon Arizona time will be processed the following day. We are not liable for any losses or damages of orders shipped using USPS (including orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO boxes).
 
Shipping Options
 
For multi-item expedited orders, they are shipped in two ways: 1) Ship all items in the fewest shipments possible (lowest shipping charges) If all items are available, they products will be shipped at once and you will pay a single delivery charge. If some items are in stock and others are back-ordered, shipping will be delayed in order to ship the in stock and back-ordered items together. Items may be shipped in multiple shipments at our discretion, but at no extra charge. 2) Ship items as they become available (fastest delivery) If all items are available and in stock, they will be shipped all at once and you will pay a single delivery charge. If some items are in stock and others are back-ordered, the items in stock will be shipped immediately while the back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Each shipment will incur shipping charges. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order. Please indicate in the comments section whether you want option 1 or option 2 when items are back ordered. 
 
Track Your Order

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed, most likely one day or less. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchased product has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. You will be sent the tracking number of the parcel and expected delivery date. If you have not received an order confirmation with parcel tracking information, please email us at sales@anvy33.com. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to sales@anvy33.com for assistance.

International shipping

Customers are responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs, regulations, taxes and duties. Anvy33.com holds no responsibility for any parcels delayed or detained due to the country's customs. Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied when the parcel reaches the country and must be paid by you. If you choose not to pay these duties or taxes, Anvy33 will not refund your order. Internationally, we use USPS international shipping only as they have the lowest rates available. Prices vary depending on weight and size of the order. Should the event arise where your parcel is lost in shipment and not held in customs, we will replace or refund that part of your order. Anvy33 is unable to refund or allow replacement of parcels seized by customs. Anvy33 is required by customs to describe the contents of the parcels sent internationally. We cannot mark your items as "gift" to avoid customs fees as this would be considered fraud and is against the law. Please don't ask us to break the law.
